The sessions 

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day or prior to your photo session. 

In the event that you, your family or I have an emergency or illness on the day of the session, or if the weather effects our plans, I will discuss rescheduling on the earliest agreed date possible, with no additional charge. However all payments are non-refundable. 

To get the best out of your photos please wear neutral/earthy colours (beige, browns, khaki) as they compliment the editing style of Moments by Demi. It’s really important to avoid bright, bold colours and large prints or logos. Please contact me if you have any queries with clothing or styling, I am always happy to assist.

You may need to bring a change of clothes if you anticipate your child could get mucky whilst playing, this will depend on the child, weather or environment. The sessions are limited to one outfit change.

Clients will be responsible for any additional cost/fees, if there are any associated with the location that you have chosen for your session.

The photographs:

The sessions include digital photos edited in my signature style. This will include standard retouching (such as but not limited to light blemishes, bruises and scratch removal and softening of the skin). I believe in keeping your photos authentic therefore no cosmetic editing requests will be accepted (such as wrinkle removal, body re-shaping). 

Please do not edit or retouch your photographs yourself as this compromises the true representation of Moments by Demi. This includes using filters on social media.

You will receive your photos through an online viewing gallery. Your gallery will be private and password protected. You will be able to digitally download all your photos in high resolution straight to your phone, laptop or device. The gallery will be available 10-14 days after your photo session (unless advised otherwise).

Please download your gallery within 14 days of receiving the link. I highly recommend that you back up your photos where possible as Moments by Demi will not be held liable if you loose your photos and cannot guarantee your photos will be available for re-download after the 14 day period. 

I may share the photographs from the session with my online community or use for advertising and promotion purposes. Please contact if you do not wish for certain photos to be published or if you wish to wait until a certain date for Moments by Demi to publish any photos publicly.

Printing:

I do not offer a printing service however I do offer some advice when printing your Moments. I highly recommend using a reputable company. It is important you use the high resolution, original files you download from your gallery. Do not use any copies that you may have saved from elsewhere (such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) as these are compressed versions and lessen the quality therefore may effect the results of your prints.

Liability: 

I take the utmost care in my work. However, in the unlikely event that all the originals are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed within or beyond my control, my liability is limited to the refund of all payments received, or a reshoot can be scheduled at no additional cost. 

Moments by Demi will not be responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties during your session. Clients will be responsible for their children and for themselves at all times during the sessions.
